Dutchess County resident, Linda Lawlor of the Hyde Park Central School District, was recently named School Bus Driver of the Year by the Dutchess County Traffic Safety Board.  County representatives presented Lawlor with a plaque on Wednesday, April 24, in front of Haviland Middle School.
