The woman who was struck by a driver earlier this month while crossing the street in her motorized wheelchair has died, the Frederick Police Department announced on Wednesday. Frederick resident Peggy Nazelrod, 63, has died after she was rushed to the Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown on Tuesday, Feb. 6 when she was struck by a 2010 Honda Accord, according to the agency. Adult, Child Killed In Multi-Vehicle Baltimore Crash: Police
An adult and a child were killed in an early morning crash in Baltimore’s Eastern District on Wednesday, Feb. 21, police confirmed. The crash occurred near the 3500 block of Belair Road around 7:30 a.m., a representative with the Baltimore Police Department told Daily Voice. Officers arrived and found a child dead at the scene. A second victim was found trapped inside of a vehicle and later pronounced deceased. Investigators believe speed to be a factor in the crash. The investigation is being led by Crash Team detectives.
