A crash that initially blocked the right lane on a stretch of northbound I-95 late Monday afternoon into the early evening.

The crash occurred between Route 1 (Exit 15) and North Avenue (Exit 16), with stopped traffic at the scene and heavy delays to Baychester Avenue (Exit 12).
