A crash that initially blocked three of four lanes, causing delays on a stretch of the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway, has moved to the shoulder of the road on Monday morning.
The crash, which occurred around 7:30 a.m., occurred at Webster Avenue (Exit 16) with traffic backed up to Pelhamdale Avenue (Exit 14).
It moved to the shoulder by around 8:15 a.m.
