On Wednesday, police confirmed that 45-year-old Troy Winfrey and 30-year-old David Sepulveda have been charged with first-degree rape for an incident that happened at a residence on Sickles Avenue in New Rochelle over the weekend.
According to a New Rochelle Police Capt. Robert Gazzola, both Winfrey and Sepulveda lived in the home and drugs or alcohol were consumed by all parties before both men allegedly forced her to have sex with them.
Police said that Winfrey and Sepulveda were due in New Rochelle City Court on Wednesday. Gazzola said no other information will be released at this time as the incident remains under investigation.
