Police Search For Suspects After $10K Stolen From Courier In New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – More than $10,000 was stolen from a courier in New Rochelle on Wednesday following a strong armed robbery.

One suspect has been apprehended in New Rochelle, police are investigating the robbery to determine if there were others involved.

Police confirmed that a courier carrying money from a local business was robbed by multiple suspects on Cliff Street at approximately 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.

One suspect was apprehended by responding officers, but as many as two more suspects are on the loose, as police continue their investigation into the robbery. It remains unclear if the money has been recovered.
