WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - Authorities are on the hunt for a suspect that may have been involved in a home invasion in New Rochelle on Thursday morning.
Officials confirmed that police were dispatched to a Davenport Avenue home following a reported robbery, prompting a manhunt involving multiple law enforcement agencies, K-9 and Aviation Units from the Westchester County Police.
Trinity Elementary School and Isaac E. Young Middle School entered their lockout protocols following the reports.
The suspect is described as a black male that is approximately 20 years old. He reportedly was caught on surveillance video peering into other homes in the area.
