NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- A power outage was reported in New Rochelle that affected more than 3,500 Wednesday afternoon, according to Con Edison.
The power outage was reported just past 11 a.m.
At 11:30 a.m., Con Ed reported 3,774 customers were without power with 5 p.m. as the estimated time for restoration of power.
