WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Max Pine, a Pelham resident, and David Frank, a Scarsdale resident, were both awarded certificates of achievement Wednesday by Assemblywoman Amy Paulin for their scientific work for the Intel Science Talent Search.
