Man Who Works In New Rochelle Accused Of Flashing Laser At Planes

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- A Bronx man who works in New Rochelle stands accused of flashing a laser pointer at commercial airliners flying into LaGuardia airport on Tuesday, according to News 12 Westchester.

Frank Egan, 36, who works at Enchanted Flower Boutique, flashed the laser pointer from his second-floor window. Three of the affected pilots have said they experience pain or blindness as a result of the incidents, News 12 Westchester reported.
