Here is my theory: Since the Armonk Fire Siren is there, both humans and dogs will get scared. The dog's owner will know not to go to that park again. Therefore, the dog park is useless. Also, Diane thinks that she can put in a dog park wherever she wants without looking at the budget. Lastly, the residents would not need to hear the sound of barking 24/7. I think that Wampus Brook Park may also make dogs scared because the fire siren for Armonk FD is in the woods. The siren is really loud when I heard it once there. View Comment
