Actually that is exactly what they published. Saying this is not a list of gun owners, simply a list of people who applied for handgun permits. It doesn't mean they have a handgun and it doesn't mean they don't have a long gun which doesn't need permitting. They also differentiated between permits applied for/renewed in the last five years and those that were earlier. View Comment
