Brief Lockdown Lifted At Three New Rochelle Schools

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- New Rochelle police are investigating an incident involving a stranger outside of Jefferson Elementary School that caused police to lockdown the school Wednesday afternoon, school officials said.
