NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Sean Oliver, director of the Junior Huguenots in New Rochelle, will run a youth basketball camp called Basketball4Youth for five weeks this summer at the Remington Boys and Girls Club at 116 Guion Place.
Oliver will run drills to teach dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defense and conditioning. All classes will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The camp is open to boys and girls ages 7 to 14 and breaks down as follows:
July 9-13: boys and girls ages 7 to 10
July 16-20: boys ages 11 to 14
July 23-27: boys and girls ages 9 to 12
July 30-Aug. 3: boys ages 10 to 14
Aug. 6-10: boys ages 8 to 12
The weekly rate will be $180 per child, while the daily rate is $45 per child. The weekly rate also includes a membership to the Boys and Girls Club for 2012-2013.
