Monroe Football Team Continues First Practice Week

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – The Monroe Mustangs football team will begin its first season on Sunday, Sept. 2, but the team continued another historic first on Tuesday.

The Mustangs continued their first full week of practice for their inaugural season at City Park in New Rochelle. The team will have its first scrimmage against Valley Forge Military Academy in Pennsylvania on Saturday, Aug. 25.

Monroe’s first official game is Sept. 2 against Wagner, and its first home game is against SUNY Maritime on Saturday, Sept. 15.
