NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - The underdog New Rochelle boys basketball team has done it again.

Joe Clarke hit a basket and a free throw with seven seconds remaining in the game Sunday to lift the miracle Huguenots to a 63-60 victory over favored Kingston (18-3) in the New York State Class AA regional final at West Point.

Clarke scored 31 points, including five in the last 10 seconds, as the hometown boys overcame a 60-58 deficit to advance to next weekend's state Class AA Final Four in upstate Glens Falls.

New Rochelle (15-9) trailed by the same 60-58 score last week before Khalil Edney's 60-foot shot gave the Huguenots a thrilling victory over favored Mount Vernon in the Section 1 championship game.
