The Setters posted a 3.42 grade-point average this past year and earned five wins as a first-year program. Every school with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher qualifies and Pace was one of 49 Division II programs to be honored by the IWLCA. Head coach Mike Spinner guided the first-year program a 5-11 record, including opening the season with a 15-5 win over Nyack College. The Setters won three of their first four games to start the season and picked up their first Northeast-10 Conference victory as they defeated American International 15-8. Pace picked up two more wins in conference with late season wins over Southern PConnecticut State and postseason-bound Assumption.

On the field, Najmah James (Danbury, Conn.) was named NE-10 Second Team All-Conference and All-Rookie Team selection. Casey Gelderman (Farmingville, N.Y.) was also named to the NE-10 All-Rookie Team.
