Nrhs Students In Abuse-Prevention Program Partner With Hope's Door

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The Students Terminating Abusive Relationships (STAR) peer leadership program at New Rochelle High School recently celebrated its expansion at the school with the Hope's Door community service organization.

The organization's Love Shouldn't Hurt Teen Program works to prevent and intervene in unhealthy teen dating relationships. The program consists of three components: classroom workshops, the STAR peer leadership program, and the annual Teen Symposium held in October.
