New Rochelle SEPTA Grant Application Deadline For Teachers Is Friday

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – The Spring 2015 Special Education EPTA grant application deadline is Friday, Feb. 6.

This grant funds various projects run by New Rochelle teachers.

Past winners include Rhonda Logan from Isaac E. Young Middle School, who received a $400 grant to support the New Rochelle Special Olympics Program. Ann Marie Rooney and Randi Kramer, both from William B. Ward Elementary School, received a $351.90 grant to purchase “Steps to Literacy” books for the classroom.
