The event's keynote speaker was Joshua Fredenburg, a nationally recognized speaker, author, and leadership consultant who provides expert advice on leadership, diversity, and healthy relationships. His speech centered on the conference's themes of passion, diversity and change.

After his address, students broke off into a series of 10 workshops aimed at developing leadership skills. Topics discussed included failure, what separates extraordinary leaders from average ones, finding your passion, how to influence others, leadership through listening, how to empower your actions, the importance of vision through leadership and leadership with diversity and inclusion.

During the middle of the day, guests took a working lunch, where they examined the role of diversity in today's world.
