NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Iona College canceled classes Thursday and Friday, the school announced on its website.

Students are encouraged to go home to their families if it is safe to do so. Students can continue to stay on campus if necessary.

The office of student activities will plan activities during for those days.
