White Plains Realtor Association Names New Director Of Marketing

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors appointmented Cathleen Stack of Darien, Conn., as its Director of Marketing.

 Stack joins HGAR after more than 15 years as a digital marketing and sales specialist in the real estate industry. Most recently, she served as Director of Digital Marketing with the Daily Voice, a hyper-local digital media company. Stack helped build the company’s real estate advertising platform and grew their real estate business in Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield counties, working with many of the area’s top agents and brokerages.

Stack also served as a member of the IDX/VOW committee at the former Westchester-Putnam Association of Realtors, while Vice President of Online Marketing at Houlihan Lawrence Inc. At Houlihan Lawrence, she worked on several marketing initiatives, including a new online customer relationship marketing (CRM) and transaction management platform. Additionally, she worked with a newly created Project Marketing Division that was devoted to building marketing programs for new developments in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties.

Stack also spent several years at RISMedia, Inc., managing member services for a national network of top-producing real estate professionals, known as the “Top 5 in Real Estate.”

She has been active in the Women’s Council of Realtors in both Westchester/Putnam and Fairfield Counties. She and her husband Chris have two grown sons, Andrew and Connor. Stack also grew up in a real estate family -- her father Ned Sullivan owned Sullivan Realty, a commercial real estate business in Westchester. He also served as Vice Chair of the former Westchester County Board of Realtors in the 1960’s. Her mother, Barbara Sullivan, sold residential real estate.
