New Rochelle: Tuesday is Deadline to Challenge Property Taxes

If you think you’re paying too much in property taxes, then you need to act quickly. The deadline for winning a reduction is Tuesday, June 19, when your form -- along with supporting data -- must be received at your local assessor's office.

To learn more about the specifics of filing a property tax grievance in Westchester County, go to the N.Y. State Taxation and Finance website. 

So you can hope for a rainy weekend to get your papers – and your act – together.
