NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – A discussion of the proposed 2013 budget is one of the items on the agenda when the New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency meets Thursday.
The agency will also vote on whether to allow a matter to proceed on the Maple Terrace senior housing building at 55 Maple Ave.
The group will also discuss an application for a small business and visits it has made or will make to project sites. The group aims to give money to applicants that qualify for projects that allow them to live better lives economically and recreationally.
The agency will also hear from the city's comprehensive plan economic development committee. New Rochelle officials have received input from residents for the ENVISIONR plan about how they see their city now and how they want it in in the future. The city is now using the feedback to create a draft report of the plan. Residents can still provide input.
The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. in City Hall's Conference Room B-1, 515 North Ave.
