First is Happy Haunting, a "spooktacular" Halloween show, starting at 6:45 p.m. Oct. 21 at the Cresskill Community Center.
The event will feature ghost slime making, edible "spider webs" (cotton candy) and witches' broom rides, organizers said.
Happy Haunting is open to Cresskill residents ages 4-10 only.
The rag-a-muffin parade and pumpkin painting contest is slated for Oct. 22. Costumed children will line up at Ackerman Field at 10 a.m.
Treats will be served at the Community Center – also the site of the painting contest – following the parade, organizers said.
