Ridgefield's Proposed School Closing Put On Hold

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The prospect of closing one of Ridgefield's six elementary schools has been put on hold for now, according to newstimes.com.

Long-range projections still indicate that enrollment within the district will continue to decline, but the critical point at which the district would consider redistricting and closing schools is at least a few years away, newstimes.com reported.
