Harrison-Based Stillman Management Acquires Three New Properties

The first of the newly-acquired properties is Hudson View Owners Corp., a 249-unit cooperative in the 600 block of Warburton Avenue in Yonkers. Located about five minutes from the city’s downtown, the property features three high-rise buildings and a suite of amenities, from live-in staff and resident parking to a garden overlooking the Hudson River.

The second new property is Milton Harbor House, Inc., an 88-unit cooperative located at 720 Milton Road in Rye. The gated community consists of several townhouses and three multi-unit buildings, It features 24-hour security, a swimming pool and close proximity to a popular marina.

The third new property is Larchmont Hills Owners Corp., a 69-unit cooperative located at 17 N. Chatsworth Ave. in Larchmont. The luxury building features parking, laundry, storage and bike rooms. It's close to I-95 and Metro-North commuter trains and abundant downtown shopping.
