“With the properties being highlighted on this show, I think this project will allow us to draw attention to the promise in these markets and benefit them as a whole,” said Denise Friend, manager of Rand Realty’s White Plains office.  “It’s a dynamic piece of marketing that shows the great real estate potential in all of these areas.”

“Property Brothers” follows identical twin brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott as they assist couples in finding, buying, and remodeling fixer-uppers.  Drew is an experienced realtor and Jonathan has been a licensed contractor for over 15 years.

“Bringing ‘Property Brothers’ to the Lower Hudson Valley and Connecticut has been a very natural transition for our production,” said associate producer Ken Seeback.  “We’ve had fantastic support from our local contacts and are excited to have already begun filming just a few weeks ago.  These areas offer a wide variety of stunning dream homes and inspirational fixer-uppers.  We’re having a great time helping families realize their homes’ potential.”

Julian Diaz, a real estate salesperson at Rand Realty’s White Plains office, is working with the production as the show’s real estate researcher in Rockland and Westchester.

“I’m thrilled to have been given the chance to work on this project with Drew and Jonathan,” said Diaz.  “This is a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase the real estate possibilities that are offered in the Lower Hudson Valley, and I’m really looking forward to this collaboration."

Richard Gutner, a real estate associate broker at Rand Realty’s White Plains office, has been assisting with properties in Connecticut.

“Having the Property Brothers visit some of our estates in Connecticut is going to be such an exciting time for that market,” said Gutner.  “Being able to help with this production has been a greatly enjoyable experience, and I can’t wait for viewers to see what these brothers have done to our fixer-uppers.”
