Trump Undersells Posh Westchester Golf Club For Tax Purposes, Report Says

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump described his 147-acre Trump National Golf Club of Westchester in Briarcliff Manor as being worth “more than $50 million" in a campaign disclosure form. But when valuing the property for tax purposes, his lawyers claimed it's actually worth just $1.35 million, according to a new report by ABC News.

Briarcliff Manor is a village in the Town of Ossining and the Town of Mount Pleasant.

Ossining Town Supervisor Dana Levenberg told ABC News that Trump "says he represents the little guy, but the little guy is going to have to pay his taxes for him here in Ossining."

Trump has repeatedly denied requests from media and other candidates to make his tax returns public, citing IRS audits.

Trump, who owns an estate in Bedford, also owns Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley in Stormville. The Trump name also adorns Trump Tower At City Center in White Plains, Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, Trump Park Residences in Yorktown and the Donald J. Trump State Park on the Westchester/Putnam border.
