NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - New Rochelle residents will get an opportunity Friday to hear from and talk with New Rochelle Planning Director Eleanor Sharpe about the city's comprehensive plan, and how they can help shape it. The New Rochelle League of Women Voters will host the event Friday at 9:30 a.m. in New Rochelle city hall room B-1. The league usually hosts weekly coffee and conversation events during this time, but it has canceled them because of construction at the New Rochelle Public Library.
