The free program, which is open to all, will include a brief presentation by Rackman, followed by a question and answer session. Rackman has represented District 6 in New Rochelle since 2012. She has lived in New Rochelle for more 30 years, raising a family and running her own business and law practice in Westchester.
Four generations of Rackman’s extended family have lived in New Rochelle. Rackman has been a volunteer court attorney for Westchester Family Court and is a member of the Westchester Women's Bar Association. She helped draft the Safe Schools Yeshiva Network Policy on drug and alcohol use, and has worked with at-risk teens through NY-NCSY.
