RYE, N.Y. – New York State Police charged a woman from Greenwich, Conn., with aggravated driving while intoxicated after an accident on Interstate 95 on Wednesday, Oct. 1.
Carolyn G. Halpern, 60, of Greenwich, Conn., was charged with DWI following an incident on I-95.
