Residents Evacuated During New Rochelle Fire

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- A fire in a Glencar Avenue apartment in New Rochelle forced residents out of the building on Sunday, Jan. 5, according to News 12 Westchester.

Crews were able to extinguish the suspected electrical fire despite icy conditions and residents are reportedly being allowed back into their homes.
