No Foul Play Suspected In Death Of Man Found At Central Avenue Burger King

WESTCHESTER COUNTY N.Y. - Police are seeking the public's assistance as they continue investigating the death of a 21-year-old man who was found outside in the snow outside of Burger King on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers this week.

Yonkers PD detectives are actively investigating the death of Yonkers resident Brandyn Reilly, Sgt. Dean Politopoulos, public information officer for the Yonkers Police Department said on Tuesday.


At approximately 8:15 a.m. on Monday morning, the Yonkers Police Department received a call from a pedestrian about a man down near the fast food joint at 826 Central Park Ave., prompting an investigation by detectives in the Major Case Squad and Crime Scene Unit.

Reilly’s body has been removed from the scene and autopsy results from the Westchester County Medical Examiner are pending. According to police, the initial investigation has not revealed any instances of foul play, though it is ongoing.
