New Rochelle Police Department Holds Promotional Ceremony

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The New Rochelle Police Department promoted six officers at a ceremony on Thursday, April 17. 

New Rochelle Police officers were sworn into their new ranks by Police Commissioner Patrick Carroll, City Manager Charles B. Strome, III, and New Rochelle Police Deputy Commissioner Anthony Murphy.

  • Police Officer Adam Castiglia was promoted to sergeant.
  • Police Officers Richard Gargan, Aaron Goldstein, John Hansen, Frank Lore, and  Dario Navarrete were all promoted to detective.
