New Rochelle Man Charged With DWI In Memorial Day Detail

The arrests included 28 impaired driving arrests as well as seven other arrests. 

The details were conducted May 27 through May 31 by members of the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police, Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department, Town of Hyde Park Police Department, City of Poughkeepsie Police Department, City of Beacon Police Department, Village of Wappingers Falls Police Department, Village of Red Hook Police Department & Village of Millerton Police Department.

Below is a listing of those charged:

• Allison Barthel, 30, of Poughkeepsie, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd degree, a misdemeanor, in the City of Poughkeepsie.
• Christopher Miller, 51, of Pleasant Valley, DWI Aggravated DWI (BAC .18 percent or more), both misdemeanors, in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
• Arthur Martensen, 67, of New Rochelle, DWI, Aggravated DWI (BAC .18 percent or more), both misdemeanors, in the Town of LaGrange.
• Britta Scoli, 27, of Harrison, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more both misdemeanors in the Village of Wappingers Falls.
• James Murphy lll, 37, of Wappingers Falls, DWI, a misdemeanor, in the City of Poughkeepsie.
• Deborah Tormey, 27, of New Milford, CT, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more both misdemeanors and Aggravated DWI (Leandra’s Law), a felony, for having a passenger in the car who was under 16 .
• Benjamin Cruz, 24, of Poughkeepsie, DWI, Aggravated DWI (BAC .18 percent or more), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd, all misdemeanors, in the City of Poughkeepsie.
• Leslie Scofield, 59, of Clinton Corners, DWI a misdemeanor in the Town of Pleasant Valley.
• Luis Ramirez, 24, of Red Hook, DWI, Aggravated DWI (BAC .18 percent or more), both misdemeanors, in the Town of Red Hook after being involved in a property damage auto crash.
• Jordan Yovella, 18, of LaGrange, DWAI Drugs, a misdemeanor, in the Town of LaGrange after leaving the scene of a property damage auto crash.
• Michael Burley, 44, of Pleasant Valley, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors, in the Town of Pleasant Valley after being involved in a car/dog auto crash and leaving the scene.
• Alexander Zuna, 21, of Hyde Park, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors, in the Town of Pleasant Valley.
• Adolfo Rene Garcia-Tax, 48, of Dover Plains, DWI, Aggravated DWI (BAC .18 percent or more), both misdemeanors, in the Town of Dover.
• Joseph Young, 20, of Poughkeepsie, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors, in the Town of Pleasant Valley.
• Seog Hwan Kim, 35, of Wappingers Falls, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors, in the Town of LaGrange.
• Arturo Vasquez-Barrales, 48, of Poughkeepsie, DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd, both misdemeanors, in the Town of Poughkeepsie.

• Gregory Wilson, 24, of Red Hook, DWI in the Village of Red Hook.
• Alan Kulick, 48, of Rhinebeck, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, in the Town of Red Hook.
• Christopher Chung, 31, of Washington, DC, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors, in the Town of Red Hook.
• Christopher Hoyt, 44, of Sharon, CT DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors, in the Village of Millerton. 
• Phillip Bardua, 40, of Beacon, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd, a misdemeanor, in the Village of Wappingers Falls.
• Kristine Ringwood, 36, of Poughkeepsie, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors, in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
• Daria Maher, 38, of Poughkeepsie, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors.
• Declan Costello, 18, of Beacon, DWI & BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors in the City of Beacon.
• Trisha Toelstedt, 41, of Beacon, was charged with DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors, in the City of Beacon.
• Chad Whitmore, 30, of Kingston, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors.
• Wilson Santiago, 49, of New Haven, CT, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors.
• John Gunn, 51, of Poughkeepsie, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors.
• Rhys Thompson-Logan, 20, of Poughkeepsie, DWI, BAC .08 percent or more, both misdemeanors.
• Jason Maisonave, 46, of Pawling, DWI, Aggravated DWI (BAC .18 percent or more, both misdemeanors.

Additionally four others were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
