WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — A 32-year-old New Rochelle man talked about having sex with a criminal investigator posing as a 15-year-old girl in a series of online chats, according to a complaint filed by the Westchester district attorney's office.
Zafer Gezgin, of 255 Huguenot St., was arrested June 20 and charged with first-degree attempted disseminating indecent material to minors, a class "D" felony.
The investigator, Andrew Grascia, made it clear to Gezgin that "she" was 15 years old in their chat conversations, which took place from June 2 to June 20.
The complaint says the defendant "discussed specific sexual acts, including sexual intercourse, in which he would engage your complainant."
