New Rochelle Man, 33, Charged With DWI

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a New Rochelle man with driving while intoxicated on Saturday, Nov. 8, officials said.

Sean Quintal, 33, was pulled over for allegedly speeding on the Sprain Brook Parkway. Subsequent investigation led Troopers to believe Quintal was intoxicated, police said.

Quintal will appear in Yonkers Court on Friday, Nov. 21, police said.
