New Rochelle Woman Faces Suspended License Charge

LARCHMONT, N.Y. – Larchmont Police report that two individuals were charged last week with driving without a license in separate incidents.

On July 17, a New Rochelle woman was pulled over after officers observed a traffic infraction on Palmer Avenue. According to the Larchmont Police blotter, she was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, a misdemeanor. The vehicle she was operating was towed and she was released on her own recognizance.

A second person was charged on July 17 with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, a misdemeanor, on Palmer Avenue, according to the Larchmont Police blotter. The Bronx man was pulled over for a traffic infraction. The vehicle he was operating was towed and he was released on $200 bail.

Also included in this week’s blotter:

  • A Franklin Avenue business reported that on $200 worth of video monitoring equipment was removed from the establishment on July 17.
  • On July 19, the owner of a Chatsworth Avenue business reported a shopping cart, worth $250, was taken from the store.
  • A Chatsworth Avenue resident reported that someone contacted him by telephone on July 20 and attempted to obtain his credit card information.
  • Police also responded to 13 burglar alarms, two motor vehicle accidents, eight aided cases and 61 other service calls.
