NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – A man is in police custody after terrorizing downtown New Rochelle while brandishing a knife outside a CVS on North Avenue early on Friday morning.
Police confirmed that shortly before 9 a.m., officers responded to the CVS when multiple reports of an emotionally disturbed man came. He has since been apprehended and taken to Montefiore Mount Vernon Hospital for tests.
There were no injuries reported in the incident.
