The three men entered Tourneau on Level 2 of the mall around 11:30 a.m. and immediately smashed several glass cases using hammers and grabbed the contents. A plain-clothed security guard drew his gun, and a struggle ensued between him and one of the suspects.

Det. Lt. Eric Fischer said they do not believe any of the suspects had a gun.

The struggle sent the security guard through a glass window from inside the store out into the mall, and all three men escaped. No one else was injured, Fischer said.

Police responded with a SWAT team and put the store on lockdown. Tourneau remains closed with White Plains police and Mall security guarding the entrances. Yellow police tape continues to block the area immediately in front of the store.
