NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Four Manhattan teens were arrested overnight after breaking into a fight that spilled out to the streets of New Roc City in New Rochelle.
Police confirmed that a massive brawl broke out in front of the entertainment complex Wednesday night when four busses carrying upwards of 300 teenagers on a field trip from the New York City Housing Department arrived.
The fighting reportedly started on the busses, spilling out onto the street when the teens arrived for their trip. Four teenagers, who are all between 17 and 18 years old, were subsequently arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, a violation.
There was a strong police presence at the scene, with dozens of officers reporting to the Funzion Funhouse shortly after 9 p.m. to stop the fight. No serious injuries were reported in the incident.
