Vito Trotta, 90, Longtime Resident Of New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Vito Trotta, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died March 4. He was 90.

Trotta was born Feb. 20, 1923, in Stio, Italy, to Giuseppe and Giovanna Trotta. He worked for many years at New Rochelle Hospital Medical Center.

Trotta is survived by his wife Felicia; his children, Pina, Anellina and Claudio; his sister, Maria; and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers Antonio and Pasquale.

Calling hours will be Friday 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Place, New Rochelle. A funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Heart Association.
