NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Soren Noring, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died Nov. 12. He was 81.
Noring was born Nov. 12, 1933, in Karlshamn, Sweden. He worked as an Art Editor at Reader's Digest in Pleasantville for 28 years.
Noring is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen O'Dea Gluck; stepchildren, Susan Gluck Pappajohn, Frederick Gluck, Jr., and Lisa Gluck; and three step-grandsons.
Calling hours are Friday, Nov. 14 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Fox Funeral Home in Larchmont. A private family service will be held Saturday, Nov. 15.
