NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Richard Henry Jr., 88, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016 in Grapevine, Texas.
Born Feb. 3, 1928 in New Rochelle, he was the son of the late Richard Henry Sr. and Elsie Scheu.
He received two bachelor's degrees, one in electrical engineering from RPI in Troy and the second in business administration from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. He served in the U.S. Army from 1946-48, and later worked as program manager and electrical engineer for Westinghouse in the Aerospace division for 40 years in Baltimore.
He is survived by his son, Richard Henry III of Anchorage, Alaska and his daughter, Leslie Richard of Colleyville, Texas.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m.m Thursday in Pawling Cemetery, Route 22, Pawling.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Horn & Thomes Inc. Funeral Home, 83 E. Main St., Pawling.
