NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Patricia I. Nardozzi, a resident of New Rochelle, formerly of Plantation, Florida, died May 14. She was 52.
Nardozzi was born in San Antonio, Chile, to Matilda Irribarra and to Rigoberto Hinojosa-Alvarez. Nardozzi worked as an office manager and an ophthalmic technician for many years. She volunteered her spare time locally to animals as a wildlife rehabilitator.
Nardozzi is survived by her husband, Paul Nardozzi; son, David Cutler of Boulder, Colo., Jeremy Cutler of Columbia, S.C.; mother, Matilda Irribarra; and sister, Jacqueline Hinojosa Sleeper. She was predeceased by her father, Rigoberto.
Calling hours are Friday, May 17 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Lloyd Maxcy and Sons Beauchamp Chapel Inc., 16 Shea Place in New Rochelle. A Roman Catholic Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 18 at Blessed Sacrament Church.
