NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Pasquale "Pat" DelTorto, a former resident of New Rochelle, died on Sunday, May 24. He was 84.
DelTorto was born on Oct. 18, 1930 in New Rochelle to Dominic and Katherine (nee Hoffmann) DelTorto
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and working as a butcher for Shopwell for more than 30 years once he came home.
He was predeceased by his wife, Josephine.
He is survived by his children, Catherine Ahern, Susan Duksa and her husband, Richard, and Robert and his partne,r Dottie Hilton; grandchildren Jennifer, Jamie and Claudia; and great-grandchildren Isabella, Richard and Jordan.
Visiting hours will be on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Place in New Rochelle.
A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Beechwoods Cemetery.
