Marion DiMasi, 89, Longtime New Rochelle Resident

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Marion Alice DiMasi, a longtime New Rochelle resident, died Monday, Sept. 3. She was 89. 

DiMasi was born Sept. 8, 1922, in Bronx, N.Y., to Hector and Mary Picciano. She graduated from Edison High School and worked for the Federal Bank of New York for many years. 

She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph, on Feb. 8, 2004. She is survived by two sons, Ralph (MaryAnn) DeMasi and Anthony (Peggy) DeMasi; three sisters, Florence Suessenbach, Helen Dyroff and Grace Meletta; four grandchildren and a great-grandson.

Visiting hours are from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Lloyd Maxcy and Sons Beauchamp Chapel in New Rochelle. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Church in New Rochelle. Burial will follow at Beechwoods Cemetery in New Rochelle. Sisto & Paino Directors are handling arrangements.
