SEATTLE, Wash. — Lillian Sten, a longtime New Rochelle resident, died March 4 in Seattle. She was 88.
Sten worked for New Rochelle Hospital and at the Mamaroneck Community Center. In 2008 she moved to Seattle, to be closer to her family.
Sten is survived by her sons, Brian and Mark (Madeline); and two granddaughters. She was predeceased by her husband, George.
Memorial services will be held at Star of David Memorial Chapel in West Babylon, N.Y., Sunday, March 10.
Remembrances may be made to the Metropolitan Opera Fund.
