NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Diana “Dee” Spafford, a lifelong resident of New Rochelle, died May 9. She was 83.
Spafford was born Oct. 20, 1929, in New Rochelle, to Salvatore and Grace (Martorano) Guiliano. She worked for many years in retail sales for several local stores including the former Craftform.
Spafford is survived by her husband, Ralph; children, Donna (Sue), and Ralph (Kristina); two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Tony and Joe; and sisters, Josephine and Rose.
Calling hours will be Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, Inc., 16 Shea Pl., New Rochelle where a funeral service will take place Tuesday, May 14 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Spafford’s memory to the Wartburg ADC c/o Dana Nolan Program Director, Wartburg Place, and Mt. Vernon, NY 10552.
